At Ilaria UAE, our products are carefully prepared and made to order based on each customer’s individual requirements.

Because our items are customised or produced specifically according to the customer’s selected size, measurements, colour, design, style, or other preferences, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

All made-to-order and customised purchases are considered final sale.

Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, we are unable to offer:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Refunds

• Cancellations due to change of mind

We kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Customer Measurements & Size Selection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the correct size.

Ilaria UAE is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect size selection, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you are unsure about sizing or measurements, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that:

• Has a manufacturing defect

• Arrives damaged

• Is significantly different from what you ordered due to an error from our side

please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

You may be asked to provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• Details of the problem

Once we review the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Minor Variations

As some products are handmade or customised, slight variations in colour, stitching, texture, fabric appearance, or finishing may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or fabric batches.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will try to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Return Shipping for Approved Cases

If Ilaria UAE approves a return or replacement due to a verified manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item supplied by us, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
