1. Made-to-Order Products
Most products available through Ilaria UAE are made to order and prepared according to the customer’s selected requirements, including size, measurements, colour, design, style, and other customisation options where applicable.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, sizes, colours, contact details, delivery information, and other selections provided at the time of ordering are correct.
2. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Due to the customised and made-to-order nature of our products:
All sales are final.
We do not accept:
Returns
Exchanges
Refunds
Change-of-mind cancellations
Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from the product you ordered due to an error from our side, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Ilaria UAE will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
Normal variations in handmade or customised products are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Measurements & Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the correct size.
Ilaria UAE will not be responsible for incorrect fitting caused by inaccurate measurements or incorrect size information provided by the customer.
Please contact us before ordering if you require assistance with sizing or measurements.
5. Colours & Product Appearance
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on:
Screen or device settings
Lighting conditions
Photography
Fabric batches
Material characteristics
Minor colour or texture variations are not considered defects.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if additional information or clarification is required before production begins.
7. Payments
All payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Orders may not enter production until payment has been successfully confirmed.
8. Production & Delivery
As our products may be made specifically for each customer, preparation and production times can vary.
Any delivery or completion timeframe provided is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to production requirements, courier services, public holidays, supply availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required information.
Ilaria UAE will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect delivery information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because products are prepared based on customer requirements, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed or production has started.
Customers should contact us immediately if they notice an error in their order.
We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be made.
11. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that a selected fabric, material, accessory, or other component becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product images, designs, logos, graphics, text, branding, and other materials belonging to Ilaria UAE may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or make changes where necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ilaria UAE will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, delivery services, or third-party services.
